Dog Sleeping

Posted by Scot Gresham-Lancaster on October 1, 2023September 10, 2025
When the dog sleeps
Where is she running?
Soft muffled barks held in
not to disturb the others in the pack
She runs through the mist
Protecting the rest from unknown dangers
Pure of heart
Full of purpose
Sleeping
Deeply
Gently twitching
